This permanent hospitalist job (30 min. from Baltimore) is from a hospital-owned practice.
I have a site looking for per diem hospitalist shifts to be covered Just outside of Baltimore, MD!
Dates of coverage needed: October ongoing.
Minimum shifts per month: 7-14.

Physicians will be required to work night shifts as well.
Average. of admissions: 6 at night, 6-8 during the day.
Premium hourly Rate, plus travel (if needed), mileage or rental car, lodging, and malpractice is covered!
3 hospitalists on day shifts and 1 hospitalist on night shift.
This site is very flexible on the commitments they will accept so as many or as little as a block of 7 shifts a month.
Average daily census: 35-49.
8am- 7pm, 7p-8a (10-12 hour shifts).
Will NOT be required to take calls.
Hospitalists will be required to back up the Emergency Department.
Please let me know.
Hospitalists will be the 1st responder to codes.
Credentialing: 60- 90 days.
YES ICU Involvement, open.
No sub-specialty back-ups.
